Welcome Reception

On the evening of Monday, 18th of September, the welcome reception will be held in the Adam-von-Trott Saal, the banqueting hall of the old mensa building of Göttingen University (Wilhelmsplatz 3), starting at 18.30.

Drinks and finger food will be provided, and all participants of the conference are kindly invited to partake in this informal get-together. There will also be a registration desk available where you can already receive your conference badges, abstract booklets etc.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will be held in the foyer of the Max Planck Institute for Solar System Research (Justus-von-Liebig-Weg 3) on Wednesday evening, September 20th, 2017, starting at 19.30.

The welcome reception and the conference dinner are included in the registration fee for all full week and day pass participants.

For planning of the catering, however, we would like to know how many persons will attend the welcome reception and/or the conference dinner. Please, indicate accordingly on the Registration form.
