Please note that registration is mandatory to participate in the conference.
On-site registration will not be possible!
Important information
Accomodation has to be booked separately by the participants.Members of the Astronomische Gesellschaft (AG) enjoy a significant discount on the registration fee. We encourage non-members to join the AG before registering. See Admittance to the Astronomische Gesellschaft and Application for membership (pdf). Potential attendees of the meeting, including students, are very probably eligible for membership in the AG. For students in particular, your advisor and the AG contact person at your institute will probably be happy to vouch for you. You may register with a membership discount after having mailed your completed application to the AG.
Young astronomers (incl. students) who do not have a full-time position and retired AG members can apply for travel grants from the Astronomische Gesellschaft (deadline: August 06).

Cancellation Policy
Your conference fee will be fully refunded if you cancel your registration until Sunday, August 20, 2017. Partial (50%) refund will be available for cancellations until Sunday, September 03, 2017. If you cancel later, you will have to pay the full registration fee.
Registration
Your registration is complete only if the full registration fee is received.
